I was responsible for coordinating the technical aspects of the European Esports Championship Baku 2022 held at the Crystal Hall in Baku. My role encompassed ensuring the seamless execution of the event, from audiovisual setups to operational logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Coordination: Collaborated with the production team to oversee the technical setup and smooth functioning of audio, video, and lighting systems.
• Participant Management: Managed the registration and data collection process for all participants, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information was obtained and stored securely.
• Data Management: Utilized Oracle SQL to gather and manage participant data efficiently. This involved exporting relevant information from the database to Excel spreadsheets for further analysis and reporting.
• Documentation: Maintained detailed documentation of event proceedings, including schedules, announcements, and competition outcomes.
• On-site Support: Provided on-site support to the announcers, ensuring they had access to the necessary information and resources for smooth event hosting.
• Audience Engagement: Collaborated with the announcers to deliver engaging announcements and updates throughout the event, keeping the audience informed and entertained.
• Problem Solving: Addressed any technical issues or challenges that arose during the event promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to the proceedings.
